You are about to start a remote control session with Wtransnet. If you mark the checkbox, you are agreeing Wtransnet to have a partial access or without any restrictions on your computer. The connection is temporary and you can cancel at any time. After the intervention Wtransnet can not regain access to your computer without your permission. Wtransnet in no case shall be liable for damages of any kind (including damage to the system, loss of data, income, profits, use or any other economic advantage), due to, or connected in any way with this service, interruption in this service's use or content, obtained through the service.

You are about to access an external page to Wtransnet.

The page that you will access is a getaway to a remote assistance service, that always will be done under the supervision of a Wtransnet operator.

On this page a session code will be requested which can be only provided by the operator, who at that moment, is on the phone with you.

If you do not agree with the terms of the connection, it will be cancelled.

Also, once established the connection to your computer, you may cancel it at any time by clicking on the "end sharing" and "Logout" that will visible at any time at the top left of your screen.
