From the offer, you can also consult transport documents held by the company, and check the license plates registered into the Exchange in order to prevent fraud in the contracts with hauliers not associated, and therefore without the QAP security control.
White list. Companies with a lower payment term than the usual in their country are identified in the loads and company results lists with a distinctive symbol.
Free service on payment incidents. Wtransnet wants to be informed if there is any company is not complying with payments after the haulier had claimed the payment of an outstanding invoice. In this case, a claiming procedure starts by informing the debtor through the system that there is a there is a claim in progress and that should be paid within the term granted or the access to the Freight Exchange will be blocked.

The matching system* is a unique real-time matching system that automatically links up freight and trucks. When offering a load or a truck, the system searches in the exchange the matches you need and shows a list of results. Avoids performing a second action of searching. *Matches are calculated based on 6 criteria: same date and hour, type of Exchange, same type of truck, same specialty or compatible, same way of loading and same route.

The 'trucks on offer' concept provided by the exchange from the outset facilitates the matches in trucks results.
The alert system by SMS or email guarantees not to lose any offer for that ones who don't have a computer within reach.
The revolutionary Instant Messenger alerts with a pop up window in the computer and with an audible signal when there is any new match*, which allows you to work with other programs without the necessity of being pending of what is entering in the Exchange.

Segment by activity to be more efficient

Cargo is the only exchange on the market that can independently manage full trailers of groupages, partial loads and full rigid trucks.
Offers display in View all loads / View all trucks, classified by type of Exchange (full trailer truck, partial loads and full rigid), and national, import, export and other countries.
In the case of partial loads, the matching system works also calculating the linear meters of the truck and the tones which facilitates the work for the companies with this activity.

Promote your company through the freight Exchange

Offer your truck when you search load. When searching for loads, the system gives the possibility of offering your truck with the same parameters indicated in your search. You will save time and opportunities, because your truck will appear in the matching results list as when a company offers a load.
The hauliers who had done an investment to equip their trucks with tracking system are identified with a symbol in the search listing and inside of the truck offer. An extra way to differentiate your company.
ADR freights, who offer both loads and trucks, can indicate if the goods are ADR and in that case, the matches will be calculated according to this characteristic.
Tail lift Also you can indicate if for the loading or the unloading you need a truck equipped with tail lift. Only will be showed matches with this characteristic.
Equipment required. Who offers the load can specify if there is any equipment required for the transport: pallets exchange, Regulation Euro 4, regulation Euro 5, Cable TIR etc. In this case is only informational.
The hauliers can indicate in their offer of truck their differential values and access to loads with special requirements, increasing their possibility of loading.
Option to enable "only hauliers with own fleet" in order to inform this preference to that ones who consulted the load.
Urgent services. The companies can mark loads that need an urgent service, as well as if needed two drivers. The haulier making this type of transport can identify these loads quickly.

Features to make it easier

The Exchange has an exclusive traffic service by telephone for the self-employer hauliers who don't have internet connection and they receive the loads by SMS in their mobile. This services facilitates that can be found small hauliers in the exchange, who are alert immediately by SMS, and not only those who are medium or big companies.
Real offers thanks to the Automatic deletion. When you offer, you must indicate a limit hour of availability for that truck or load and, after that hour, the system automatically will delete the offer. By this way the trucks and loads information is always updated. Or if you prefer you can send automatic deletion instructions from your mobile.
Offers archive. You can save offers, check and recover them for "evidence" purposes on the content of the offer or later on for commercial purposes saving the name of the companies which have loads or trucks in certain routes. (For that purpose we also recommend the contact list).
Selected offers. You will be able to preselect loads and trucks, checking the offers of interest from a long list of results in order to contact them other day.
Offer templates. It permits save the offer's data which usually entered into the system, for use it when you need, without entering the data again.
Save a record of contracting. When an offer contracted with someone from Wtransnet is deleted, you can take note and save the company data and the contracting conditions.
