* You are going to start a session of remote control between Wtransnet and you. If you mark the box, you are accepting to have partial access to a Wtransnet computer. The connection is temporary and you can cancel it at any time.

Once finished the connection you cannot access again to the Wtransnet computer. In no case Wtransnet will be responsible of the damages (including system damages, loss of data, proceeds, benefits, use or any economical advantages) arising from or connected by any way with this service, interruption of it, or content obtained through it.

You are going to access an external page of Wtransnet.

The page that you are going to access is the gateway to a remote support service, which is always done under the supervision of an operator Wtransnet.

On this page is requested a session code that only can be given by Wtransnet operator that is attending you in that moment by phone.

This connection will be made by Wtransnet commercial team, that will show you from your computer how the application works.

Equally, once the connection has been established in your computer, you will be able to cancel it at any time by clicking on the option "Stop sharing" and "Log out" that you will see all the time on the top in the left side of your screen.
